Steelers fear T.J. Watt suffered torn pectoral muscle in overtime win over Bengals

Watt suffered the injury as Cincy marched down the field on its game-tying drive at the end of regulation and could be seeing favoring his upper body when he left the field. Watt, the 2021 Defensive Player of the Year, was off to another torrid start, logging one sack and an interception before suffering the injury.

Adding more injury to insult, starting running back Najee Harris also left Sunday's game with a foot injury and was ruled out. Harris was seen exiting the locker room in a walking boot, per , but Giradi later reported Harris' injury is not believed to be serious.

Tomlin did not have an update on Harris' status beyond that he was being evaluated for a foot injury.
